Welcome to Any Body at Home. I’m Clive Burns.  Back in 2012, aged 46, I made the decision to get back in shape, lose the excess body fat, improve my fitness, and feel good about my body and health. I created a plan, committed to it, and documented the entire 150-day journey.

The result? I lost 60% of my body fat, gained lean muscle, and became lighter, leaner, fitter, and healthier. Crucially, almost the entire process was within the comfort and convenience of my own home, eating my favourite foods, without stepping foot in a gym and I've maintained my optimal physique ever since.

I’m a certified trainer and coach, but more importantly, I’ve successfully done the exact thing I now help others do. I’m not perfect and I don’t pretend to know everything, but I know how to get the fundamentals right — the things that actually move the needle in the right direction, and I do this on my terms, in my time and place.

The idea behind Any Body at Home is simple: To transfer my proven expertise to you and give you the clarity, skills, and confidence so you can Create and Keep your own transformation, achieving your own results, your way.
